Yes. Service animals and assistance animals are welcome at Tempo regardless of our standard pet policy. They are not subject to pet rent or pet deposit. Please contact management to discuss your specific situation and any reasonable accommodation.

Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet, with a $300 deposit per pet. The closest off-leash dog area is Smith Cove Park, about 1.5 miles south. Discovery Park is close by, with on-leash trails (six-foot leash; beaches off-limits). Contact management for current pet policy details.

Close by. Discovery Park is 534 acres with roughly 7 miles of trails, two miles of beach, the historic West Point Lighthouse (built 1881), and direct views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. Dogs are welcome on park trails on a six-foot leash; beaches are off-limits to dogs.

Tempo Apartments is at 2015 W Dravus St, Seattle, WA 98199, in the Magnolia Hill neighborhood. We're a short drive from Ballard, Queen Anne, downtown Seattle, and Discovery Park.

Magnolia is a residential peninsula with direct access to Discovery Park and Puget Sound views. Lower density than Ballard or Queen Anne, with a ten-minute drive to downtown Seattle.

Every Tempo home includes hardwood-look floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and large windows. Most units include a private patio or deck. Every home has attached garage parking.

No. Tempo is a 31-unit boutique building and does not include an in-building fitness center. Discovery Park, with miles of trails, is close by.

Yes. Wall-mounted bike racks are in the parking garage for resident use.

Yes. Tempo accepts all lawful sources of income, including Section 8 and other housing vouchers. Please contact management to discuss the application process and how voucher subsidy is factored into income verification.

After your tour, you can apply online through our Apply page. The application asks for standard rental information including income verification and a credit check. Application fees and security deposits will be confirmed at application time.

Standard lease term is 12 months. Other terms may be available depending on plan and season — please ask during your tour.

Tempo is a boutique 31-unit building. That means you'll know your manager by name, maintenance is responsive, and you don't share an elevator with hundreds of neighbors. It's a different kind of apartment community.
